Mark is the Unicorn of real estate agents....: I found Mark through a neighbor who highly recommended him. Boy was she right. I met Mark on the phone. We discussed various things he felt needed to be done to get the house ready for market. He then immediately went right to work finding the best contractors for the job and managed each project thoroughly and thoughtfully and negotiated a great price for me. I was amazed. Once the house was ready he made a fantastic marketing package. While the house was on the market he regularly went to the house and walked through to make sure it was in order. On one occasion he even foiled a break-in.

His attunement to the real estate market is spot on.

I really can't recommend him enough ... TEN out of FIVE stars!!!
