Monique Kaldy has been a Las Vegas resident since 2000. She was raised in Southern California and is the daughter of a Fire Captain and former Marine. Loyalty, dedication, and hard work run deep in her veins.

Personal drive and perseverance graced Monique three college degrees, with Honors, including: Associate of Arts Degree in Spanish and an Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies from Cerritos College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton. Monique moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1996, returning briefly to Southern California in 1999 and finally settling in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2000. Through the years, Monique has dedicated herself to her career and raising a young family. Her first career as a litigation paralegal spanned the better part of twenty years. She has litigated cases regarding commercial, transactional, bankruptcy (creditor), telecommunications, securities, intellectual property, domestic, business, general civil and personal injury, from intake through trial, and appeal. In those twenty years, she has generally been dedicated to complex cases due to issues of law, multi-million dollar damages, multiple party cases and Federal class actions. The demands of each case and executive level duties give her a clear understanding of the details required to make transactions and cases run smoothly.

Monique joined Real Estate in 2016 where she focuses on commercial and residential transactions. Having enjoyed the better part of the past twenty five years in the military, police, legal and medical fields by direct or indirect association, her chosen niche is medical/legal office transactions. These transactions utilize Monique’s range of talent and specialization. Of course, her spirit would not be complete without helping individuals with home purchases. Whether it be to acquire dream realty or secure investment property, Monique strives to provide the best personal service.

In her recreational time, Monique enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and children including SCUBA diving, boating, hiking, and camping. She is a warm water enthusiast and loves the clear blue Caribbean Sea. Not to be missed, Monique is a proud University of South Carolina Gamecock Parent. Go, Cocks!

Monique is a parishioner at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church. She is active with Boy Scouts of America, currently volunteering as an Assistant District Commissioner, focusing on membership recruitment and volunteer training. She is also committed to the Spring Mountain District as New Unit Commissioner and assists the Las Vegas Area Council by teaching at the University of Scouting.
